The Provincial Councils are the mission
outreach of the Council through the leadership of
Organizing Secretaries or Ecumenical Officers. The
highest decision-making body in each Provincial Council
is the Provincial Executive Council, and its Chairperson
and Vice Chairperson are elected officers. The Provincial
Councils are most directly involved in implementing
programmes at community level, whilst the National Office
provides overall direction, coordination and administrative
support.
